My name is Jacqueline, but you can also call me Jax! I started my fitness journey at home working with a kettlebell and anything else I could find to support me in my fitness journey. I now go to the gym 5 days a week because my love for fitness has grown magnificently. My goal is to spread the love of fitness and mental health through my training programs! I am from Georgia, USA. I am currently 21 years old. I was an athlete my entire life. I mainly played softball from the time I was 5 to the age of 18! I have a dog named Dixie who loves to join me on cardio days at the park. I am a huge advocate of mental health awareness as I myself have struggled with BPD 1, depression, and anxiety my whole life.
